monaco: this template is great! I've worked out some of the issues I had earlier and tweaked it some more to have a personalized look.

I have two more things I want to ask though:

a) is there a way to insert ads in between posts? I'm not talking of adsense but another ad I want to insert.

b) how do I include the page footer into the main content page? as it is right now, the page footer is outside the main content page.

Corinne: Thanks for a beautiful template! My only problem is that search engines are not indexing my site which is published on a custom domain at GoDaddy. A meta tag analysis shows the title returns as the 302 HTTP redirect code "moved temporarily". Can someone explain how I can fix this?
